Tainan, Taiwan (13 January, 2021) – The Consortium for Study Abroad in Taiwan (CSAT) and National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) have signed an MoU on mutual academic collaboration.
National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is a top national university in Tainan City, Taiwan. The university was founded in 1931, which was under Japanese colonial rule as Tainan Technical College of the Taiwan Governor-General’s Office, and re-named as National Cheng Kung University in 1971, at the same time, NCKU has started to develop into a comprehensive university and build its reputation as the leading university in Southern Taiwan. We hope NCKU will become one of the best destinations for future CSAT students to study abroad in Taiwan.
NCKU has launched several leading programs in Taiwan, such as Creative Industry Design, Energy Engineering and Environmental and Occupational Health, which provide unique courses combining Asian/Taiwan culture awareness and Western professional knowledge.
For U.S. students, if you would like to apply CSAT Semester Abroad and Internship program in NCKU, please submit your application on CSAT online system. We will place you in a suitable program.
For faculty, if you are considering faculty-led short-term study abroad programs to Taiwan, you are welcome to submit your request on our online application system. We will assist you to customize our programs to fit your needs.
